What's in it

  • 20 round stickers, thin enough to shuffle, on a little roll.
  • Enough for one deck: a rule set is about twenty rules.
  • A card with how to start.

How it works

  1. StickPut a sticker on about twenty cards of a game you own. Front or back: on the front, nobody across the table can tell which cards are loaded.
  2. Add themTap each card on your phone and it's in. Next card.
  3. Deal and playPick a rule set and play like you always do. When a loaded card is played, a character calls out its rule.

Questions

What can I put them on?

Cards from any game you own, to start. But a sticker goes on anything that can be tapped on a phone: board game tiles, tokens, a coaster, the TV remote. Make up a game around whatever is on your table. The library has house rules for lots of games, and you can write your own for anything.

Do I need the app?

Yes, the free app on one phone runs the game. Friends can join on their own phones if they want to hold their cards.

Do the stickers come off?

They're made to stay. The rules don't: deal a different rule set any night and the same cards say something new. If you play with sleeves, the sticker can go inside the sleeve instead.

One pack or two?

One pack loads one deck. A second game you want to play with Zaragata is a second pack, and 2 packs take 10% off.
